T-Mobile surprisingly unveils OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, no release date or price in tow

Remember when the ultra-high-end OnePlus 7T Pro and 7T Pro McLaren Edition were officially unveiled and we specifically urged you not to get your hopes up for a US release on T-Mobile? Well, it turns out we were wrong.Still, T-Mobile expects to cover no less than 200 million people nationwide with its strong and reliable 5G signal fully capable of penetrating walls in 2019. The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is scheduled to follow in the footsteps of the $1,100 Galaxy S10 5G, but alas, there's no release date or price point etched in stone just yet.

While OnePlus phones are cheaper than your typical Samsung flagship, this bad boy is certainly something special, rocking snazzy papaya orange accents inspired by McLaren sports cars and including a complimentary case made from Alcantara, a luxury fabric material providing "soft and subtle feel plus durability and unparalleled grip."

Like the OnePlus 7 Pro, the 7T Pro comes with a motorized pop-up 16MP selfie camera helping the handset achieve an essentially bezelless design with no notch or hole punch, as well as a triple rear-facing shooter system combining 48, 8, and 16MP imaging sensors. Under the hood, you'll find an upgraded Snapdragon 855+ processor alongside a hefty 4,085mAh battery with Warp Charge 30T support, and presumably, the same 12GB memory count paired with 256 gigs of internal storage as the 4G LTE-only McLaren Edition.

If you want us to guess how much T-Mobile will be charging for this stunning 5G-enabled powerhouse... we'd rather not. But we're definitely looking at a new all-time record for OnePlus devices.
