Remove bloatware and install Android 4.2 apps on the Galaxy S III with PalaTool

XDA-Devs member shahar2k9 has come up with a wonderful little PalaTool that removes bloatware of your choosing from the Samsung Galaxy S III, and installs Android 4.2 versions of many default apps on the handset.
You need to be rooted, and CWM recovery installed, but after that, it's fairly straightforward - just boot into recovery mode from ROM Manager, and point to the PalaTool zip file.
